TRAINING <\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h5>

How long does certification last?<\/strong><\/p>

SEA (Startrust Executive Advisor) certification has a workload of 20 hours. Since it is delivered through an online platform, the timeframe to complete this workload is at your discretion. <\/p>

What are the training format and modes?<\/strong><\/p>

Startrust training is conducted entirely online and is available in the following modalities: In-person, live online, and distance learning.<\/p>

Is the certification internationally recognized?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes. Startrust is present globally and its certification entitles you to work anywhere in the world. <\/p>

How do I take the exam to get certified?<\/strong><\/p>

The test is taken online, and you need to achieve a perfect 100% score when reading the displayed Startrust charts and tables.<\/p>

What if I don’t pass the test?<\/strong><\/p>

Don’t worry, you can retake the test as many times as you need. We must also stress that access to the Startrust platform will only be given after the training has been completed. <\/p><\/div><\/div>

PLATFORM <\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h5>

How many tests can I administer?<\/strong><\/p>

You can administer as many tests as you wish, without any limitations. We only ask that you respect the platform’s terms of use, which require the delivery of any Startrust report with personalized feedback. <\/p>

How do I send tests to my customers?<\/strong><\/p>

You will have access to your own personalized link to send to your entire client base.<\/p>

How do I receive my clients’ results reports?<\/strong><\/p>

Once each client has completed the test, the report will be automatically sent to your registered email within our platform.<\/p>

In which languages can I administer the test?<\/strong><\/p>

The Startrust platform is currently available in four languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

COMMUNITY AND NETWORKING <\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h5>

Is the Community also international?<\/strong><\/p>

Today, the languages spoken in the Startrust Community are Portuguese, English, Spanish and French, with Startrust Advisors spread among several countries, such as Brazil, the United States, Colombia, Mexico, France, and more.<\/p>

How do I gain access to the Community?<\/strong><\/p>

The Startrust Community is fully online and is accessed through our dedicated and exclusive platform for Advisors.<\/p>

What other opportunities do I have within the Community?<\/strong><\/p>

It is common for some corporate projects to require more than one Advisor, and each one is free to network with colleagues. We merely emphasize that we are not responsible for partnerships that originate within the Startrust Community. <\/p>

In case of cancellation, can I continue to participate?<\/strong><\/p>

Once a Startrust Advisor, always a Startrust Advisor. All the networking you have done will remain yours. However, access to the platform itself will be revoked. <\/p><\/div><\/div>

PAYMENT <\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h5>

What forms of payments are available?<\/strong><\/p>

You can pay using a credit card or by bank deposit (for the latter, only an annual plan paid up in full is allowed).<\/p>

What happens to my clients’ data after 12 months of using the platform?<\/strong><\/p>

Under the General Data Protection Law, your data and that of your clients will continue to be available to you even after the end of the platform’s usage period. As of the 13th month, you will be able to continue enjoying the advantages of the service through a monthly subscription. <\/p>

In case of cancellation, what happens to this data?<\/strong><\/p>

Your data and those of your clients will remain available to you even after the subscription has been canceled.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

PROMOTION AND SALES <\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h5>

Will I receive promotional material to market my services?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes. Those who are part of the Startrust community have full access to support material to easily advertise and sell better. <\/p>

Will I receive help to sell my Trust services?<\/strong><\/p>

Yes. By becoming an Advisor with community recognition, you will be able to receive referrals among EGG Science corporate clients, the company responsible for Startrust. <\/p><\/div><\/div>

METHOD <\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h5>

Who created the Startrust method?<\/strong><\/p>

The creator of the method is Cyrille Schneider. His partners Nicolas Gounin, Jomar Filho, and Eric Chabot have actively participated in the development of both the method and the assessment tool since the creation of EGG Science, the company responsible for the rights to the Startrust brand. <\/p>

Who develops the platform?<\/strong><\/p>
