This version maps skills in four distinct environments:

represents the relation with your profession, your work and your company, regarding your culture, strategy or image.

Hierarchy
indicates the relationship with your direct or indirect hierarchy within the company.

Team
portrays the relationship with associates reporting to you directly or indirectly.

Clients and Partners
represents non-hierarchic relations, such as with your peers, support services, internal or external clients, social partners, suppliers, among others.

This version details two environments:

Personal

it includes relationships with the closest people, but excludes professional relationships. These will basically be your family and friends.

Professional

it includes the people with whom you maintain relations in the context of your professional activity: your team, your partners if any, your customers and suppliers, but also your other partners and the public administration.

This version maps skills in four distinct environments:

support services, internal or external customers, social partners, suppliers, among
others.

This version focuses on the personal aspects, taking into consideration the relationship with family members, friends and social circles.
